Bengals Boast 2 of NFL's top 13 WRs in PFF Rankings: Yet 10th Shortest Odds to Win Super Bowl

They have one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL, two of the top wide receivers and they played in this past season's Super Bowl, yet the Cincinnati Bengals are getting no love from the oddsmakers.  Their payout to win Super Bowl 57?  $2200 for every $100 bet.

Pro Football Focus’ Anthony Treash dove deep on the topic of ranking the top wideouts leaguewide into tiers.

Ja’Marr Chase obviously stands out.

“He is a complete wide receiver in every sense, but his impact as a deep threat is what really helped the Bengals to the Super Bowl. Chase led the league in deep receiving touchdowns as a rookie (8) and finished second in total deep yards (576).”

Tee Higgins comes in ranked 13th.

“The 6-foot-4, 215-pound pass-catcher can make some difficult grabs over the middle of the field and use his large catch radius to reel in slightly inaccurate targets. Even Joe Burrow — one of the most accurate passers in the league — can misfire from time to time, but Higgins can help him out. His eight explosive receptions of 15-plus yards on inaccurate targets were tied for the fifth-most last season.”

And still among the top 30 at number 28, Tyler Boyd.

So why do the Bengals have such great value coming into the 2022 season?

It might have something to do with a tough schedule that has SI.com's James Rapien predicting a 5-loss season.

The Browns have shorter odds to win the Super Bowl than the Bengals, thanks primarily to the addition Deshaun Watson.

Cincinnati also has the daunting task of facing off against the Kansas City Chiefs and Buffalo Bills.
