Early NFL MVP Odds

With the 2022/2023 NFL regular season schedule finally announced, bettors around the country are jumping on to the best betting sites in the US to place their early season bets. Regular season MVP bets are among the most popular wagers you can already place on the impending NFL season, so with that in mind let’s take a look at who the favorites are to claim the award and if there are any names that stand out in particular.

Leading the pack of NFL superstars are Josh Allen and Patrick Mahomes (+700), two quarterbacks with equally explosive offenses at their fingertips. These two names have been in the MVP mix for a few years in a row now, so this doesn’t come as too big of a surprise.

Following the two quarterbacks mentioned above are veterans Tom Brady (+800), Aaron Rodgers (+1000), and young-gun Justin Herbet (+1000).

Following a shoulder surgery this offseason, Dak Prescott is looking to have a career-record year and is the next most likely to claim the MVP honors according to odds makers, sitting at +1200 odds for the award, the same odds as Joe Burrow who is looking to bounce back from last years disappointing finish to the Super Bowl.
