How Profitable Have the San Francisco Giants Been? Betting Baseball

Gambling911.com takes a look at how much you would be profiting right now regularly betting on the San Francisco Giants either with $100 or $1000 bets on dogs and the paying the favorite price (i.e. a -157 favorite would require a $157 bet or a $1570 bet).

How Profitable Have the Giants Been for Sports Bettors 2022?

(Updated April 22, 2022) - Giants gamblers made a meager profit against Miami and San Diego.  They made a $300 profit betting against the Cleveland Guardians.

But versus the Mets, San Francisco gamblers took quite the hit, suffering a $200 loss following a 1-3 showing in this series.

"A little perspective and a mental re-set before we head into the weekend and a new series. Deep breaths, people," writes Sami Higgins in an op-ed for SB Nation.

Sure, there are things to be concerned about. Steven Duggar is going to be out a while. Alex Cobb is hurt too. Anthony DeSclafani is struggling. The offense was kind of feckless this week. Logan Webb lost his streak of regular season games in which the Giants hadn’t lost.

But there are good things too. Carlos Rodón has been absolutely phenomenal. Brandon Belt is still doing captain things. Joc Pederson is doing good things. Mike Yastrzemski hit a home run and is, hopefully, heating up. LaMonte Wade Jr. is expected to begin a rehab assignment as soon as this weekend or early next week.

The good news - one would hope - is that San Francisco heads off to face the Washington Nats.

Giants backers were still up around $200 overall with San Francisco owning a 8-5 record.

The Giants World Series futures range from 15-1 to 20-1 as of April 22.
