With a spot in the NBA Finals and the East teams dealing with superstar injuries, the Phoenix Suns are squarely the odds-on favorites to earn their first championship.

We posted updated odds following the Suns' closeout victory last night, and at this number, Phoenix is the biggest title favorite so far during these playoffs, and the season.

Milwaukee Bucks +325

Atlanta Hawks +575

Despite Giannis Antetokounmpo's status being up in the air, the Bucks are still favored to take their series against Atlanta. They are 2-point favorites at home tonight and here are the series odds:
