Eagles Hire New Coach Nick Sirianni Was Not Even Listed by Oddsmakers

The Philadelphia Eagles have found their next head coach, none other than Indianapolis Colts offensive coordinator Nick Sirianni.

ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that Sirianni will replaced Doug Pederson.

Oddsmakers at BetOnline did not even have Sirianni listed among their choices.

Robert Saleh was the early 2/1 favorite while Josh McDaniels was getting much of the attention in recent days.  McDaniels had opened at 12/1 odds.

Sirianni spent three seasons as a Chiefs' assistant coach, five seasons with the Chargers, and the past three with the Colts. Now the 39-year-old Sirianni becomes the lead man in Philadelphia, Schefter tweeted out Thursday afternoon.
