Three more Cleveland Browns have tested positive for Covid-19.  The team is set to take on the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 17.  The line opened Browns -4 but had moved up 6.5 points to -10.5 over the week.  This is a result of the Steelers announcing they would be sitting quarterback Ben Roethlisberger to rest up for the playoffs.

Star cornerback Denzel Ward, tight end Harrison Bryant and linebacker Malcolm Smith were the three players who tested positive, according to ESPN and multiple reports.

The Browns kept their facility closed Thursday afternoon after contact tracing protocols and did not practice.

On Tuesday, the Browns placed Bryant and safeties Karl Joseph and Andrew Sendejo on the reserve/COVID-19 list, then added practice squad center Javon Patterson on Wednesday.

The Browns have been dealing with coronavirus issues since Saturday, when they were forced to place several of their top receivers on the Covid-19 list.

Receivers Jarvis Landry, Rashard Higgins, Donovan Peoples-Jones and KhaDarel Hodge and linebacker Jacob Phillips were activated off the reserve/COVID-19 list Thursday.  Cleveland does not expect to get back Sendejo or starting linebacker B.J. Goodson.

Cleveland can clinch its first playoff berth in 17 seasons with a victory over the Steelers.
