The Weather for this weekend's Belmont Stakes will be a 40 percent chance of rain, though as of Friday morning that 40% chance of rain decreases after the 3 pm hour.  This year's Belmont Stakes will be the first of the Triple Crown due to the coronavirus pandemic.  With even the slightest chance of rain, one must consider any mudders that are running in this year's Belmont Stakes.  Our friends at Jazz Sports are now offering a 10% rebate, no rollover requirement and payouts in minutes using digital currency.

Tiz The Law's performance on a sloppy track may stay bettors clear of him, although there were other components in play.

In the Grade 2 Kentucky Jockey Club Stakes he encountered some adversity.

As the 3-5 favorite in the 1 1/16-mile race, the track was sloppy and Tiz the Law got caught on the rail all the way along the backstretch and into the stretch. Two other horses managed to finish ahead of him.

“He was stuck on the worst part of a sloppy track with a pace much slower than the one he got in the Champagne,” his owner Jack Knowlton told Tom Pedulla before the Holy Bull. “Although he has a tremendous closing kick, we never got to see that kick in the Kentucky Jockey Club.”

Max Player has excellent value should the track be muddy.  He would pay out $1000 for every $100 bet.

Max Player enjoyed a dominant 4 ¼-length victory Dec. 17 in a one-mile race on a sloppy track at Parx.

Farmington Road also has value at 22/1 as the biggest long shot. He finished in second place in the Oaklawn Stakes over a sloppy track on April 11, and enters the Belmont Stakes off a fourth-place finish in the Grade 1 Arkansas Derby.
