A quality Pay Per Head allows bookies and agents to take bets online from Arizona and New Mexico

The Pay Per Head eliminates the need to maintain a costly wire room, records and bet tickets, and the entire process of bet taking.

Until now, the only real exposure for a local bookie or agent involved the actual collection of funds or having to pay customers directly.  With bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, this can now be done through the Pay Per Head via intermediaries.

A recent US Supreme Court decision allows Arizona and New Mexico to offer legalized sports betting provided they amend state laws.

Arizona - Sen. Sonny Borelli told AZFamily that geography is part of the reason he plans to support legislation next year. “We’re sending all of our money to other states right now on sports betting,” he said.

While there is opposition, those who do oppose believe there is enough support to get a bill passed next session, perhaps some time in 2019.

Like with a handful of other states, tribal agreements must be considered before any amendment can be passed.

New Mexico - New Mexico has specific gambling laws and any sports betting would take place in the state’s tribal casinos or 'racinos'.  Online gambling away from these establishments probably will not happen any time soon.

Here, just like in Arizona, the tribes would need to be involved in any efforts to offer legalized sports wagering.
