MSU vs. Ohio State Betting Odds

MSU was a huge underdog versus Ohio State Saturday and we’re not quite sure this makes any sense.

So we asked our resident bookmaking expert Tony Caliente:

Ohio State, despite dropping down the rankings, was still a formidable number 6 in the Betting Power Ratings.

This one is being played at Ohio State.

We get a line of Ohio State -12.  The books have this one at Ohio State -7.

MSU is seeing 80 percent and some books are now dipping below -7, going as low as -6 to get more action on Ohio State.

So in a perfect world Ohio State will prove its worth and destroy Michigan State.

This is a tough one and hard to see the Spartans as such a big underdog.  Both teams have only lost two games, but this is more difficult to accept with the Buckeyes.

The away team has won six of the last seven in this series.
