The win ensures top seeds will remain perfect since the tournament expanded, with the schools now 132-0 against No. 16 seeds.

Kansas and MSU have faced one another twice since 2014 with the Wolverines winning the most recent game and covering using the current spread in the other.

Michigan State is actually 6-1 Against The Spread versus Kansas dating back to 1997.
