Alabama or Auburn? Which is Killing the Bookie More in 2016?

One might be inclined to think that Alabama, trying for its 24th victory in Saturday’s highly anticipated Iron Bowl, would have the bookies on edge more so than any other team.  But their opponent Auburn has been slapping the books around this season just as hard as the undefeated Tide.

Alabama will come into Saturday’s showdown against Auburn with an 11-0 record Straight Up and one of the best record Against The Spread as well, 8-3.

Auburn has lost three games Straight Up but have been over performing this season with a similar 8-3 record.

The Tide were listed as an -18 favorite versus their state foe for Saturday’s game.

Whichever team wins Saturday won’t have a major impact on the books as the action is balanced.  The exception of course would be those books catering to a specific region of Alabama.

Regardless of which school a bookie caters to, they’ll need to take advantage of a well regarded Pay Per Head outsourcing service like PremierPerHead as a means of improving the profit margin or, in the case of Bama, minimizing losses.
