The odds to win the Best Makeup and Hair Styling category for Oscars 2016 had “Mad Max Fury Road” as the odds-on favorite to win with a price of -800.
“Mad Max Fury Road” will pay $10 for every $80 bet (the $10 is paid out and $80 refunded with the win). There is actually pretty good value here considering that oddsmakers see “Mad Max Fury Road” as a “lock” but a price allowing for some profit allowance.
Two other films were being offered for betting in this category including “The Revenant” at +275 odds and “The 100 Year Old Man Who Climbed Out The Window at +1800.
