Recording artist Taylor Swift was a big favorite to win for both Best Album “1989” and Song of the Year “Blank Space”.
Swift’s odds of winning Best Album were set at -300, requiring a $30 bet to win $10 (that $30 bet is refunded only if she wins).
Swift is widely viewed as the biggest star coming into Monday night’s Grammy Awards.
The event has drawn some betting interest over the years though not nearly as much as the Oscars, which is widely considered the second biggest nonsporting event only after the US Presidential elections.
