I can’t seem to bet on the Belmont Stakes from my state accessing the TVG.com website.  Why is that?

TVG.com is licensed and regulated in the United States.  They must provide their services in accordance with U.S. law and policy.

In this case, some states (over a dozen) prohibit online betting on horse races for various reasons.  International online racebooks do not have the same restrictions so you are able to bet on the Belmont Stakes at sites like BetPhoenix.

TVG.com does not accept bets from these states.
