Madison Bumgarner Snot Rockets Go Over 28.5

San Francisco Madison Bumgarner starting pitcher may be better known for his notorious “snot rockets” than he is for his outstanding pitching ability.

Also known as a “Farmer John”, Bumgarner’s act of blowing mucus/snot out of his nose by pinching one nostril and exhaling violently out of the other nostril has caught the eye of at least one bookmaker.

Famed Westgate LV SuperBook Director Jay Kornegay was actually offering odds on the OVER/UNDER number of times Bumgarner blew his nose on the field without a tissue during Game 1 of the 2014 World Series.

He tweeted:

The over/under for Bumgarner's "farmer snot blows" was 28.5. He's going way over. #WorldSeries #Royals

No word on how much money was wagered on this particular prop bet.

Bumgarner’s 20-11 record in 2014 is certainly nothing to sneeze at and it appeared he was well on his way to a win Tuesday night (at least at press time).
