Gambling911.com has your Preakness Stakes 2014 overnight odds courtesy of BetDSI.com, which was giving up to 7% in losses back weekly here.

We have seen some crazy price fluctuations with General A Rod.  He first opened at 18/1, then had odds as long as 30/1.  Apparently plenty of folks got in on the General at the number, forcing the oddsmakers to move back to 18/1 overnight heading into race day Saturday.

Ride On Curlin was the one constant all week that stayed at 8/1.  Those who are backing Ride On Curlin might want to lock in the overnight price of 10/1 here.

These are your latest Preakness Stakes overnight odds heading into Saturday’s big race.

  1. Dynamic Impact 12/1 (opened 18/1, dipped to 10/1)
  2. General A Rod 18/1 (opened 18/1, went to 30/1 long odds Thursday)
  3. California Chrome -155 (opened +150, odds have stayed at -155)

How We Follow Horse Racing Has Completely Changed

Horse racing has always been a sport built on routine. Certain days meant certain tracks, the form guide landed when it landed, and if you missed a race, you simply caught up later. Following the sport required a bit of commitment, a bit of patience, and often a bit of guesswork.
