Following Wednesday night’s post position draw, Mike Battaglia announced his updated Kentucky Derby morning lines (all of which appear below). These odds will vary across on the online betting sites and will change as race time approaches. AceSportsbook.com was expected to have their updated lines available by Wednesday evening. Once bet, these prices are locked in.
Mike Battaglia’s morning line is the second number with the first number representing the initial odds.
Favorite California Chrome remained the favorite with a decent post position. His number remained around the same.
Hopportunity was now coming in as the second choice at 6/1 with shorter odds than Wicked Strong, who previously had the second lowest price. Wicked Strong has much better value following the Battaglia line update and post position draw.
