Atlanta -137 – May be a little pricey for some but we say there is some good value with Tim Hudson going up against the Nationals.  He is 16-5 when starting against Washington with an ERA of 2.55 and a WHIP of 1.107.

Gio Gonzales, on the other hand, is 2-4 when starting against Atlanta with an ERA of 6.75 and a WHIP of 1.728.

Prior to the Nationals winning the last three vs. Atlanta, the Braves had won the 9 previous games in this series.

Atlanta is 9-3 in their last 12 games as a favorite.

The Braves are 40-17 in Hudson's last 57 home starts and 14-6 in Hudson's last 20 starts as a favorite.  Atlanta is 4-0 in Hudson's last 4 starts vs. National League East.

Braves are 8-1 in Hudson's last 9 Saturday starts.

We would be remiss in pointing out that Gonzalez has pitched well overall for Washington.  The Nationals, however, are 2-6 in their last 8 road games.

Baseball News

Chris Paddack Player Prop Bets

Paddack recorded 10 strikeouts over seven shutout innings on Monday in a win over the White Sox. Prior to that start, Paddack was obliterated by the Orioles, allowing nine runs on 12 hits in 5 1/3 innings.

Zach Eflin Player Prop Bets

Zach Eflin has great value in fantasy leagues for the April 26 game against the lowly Chicago White Sox.  Betting on Eflin and the Tampa Bay Rays might make sense if not for the -210 price tag.

Trevor Williams Player Prop Bets

The Nats Trevor Williams held the Astros to one run with four strikeouts across six innings in a no-decision on Saturday.  And the betting public was eating him up at a near 80% clip.
