BetUS.com was offering a free NFL pick on the Ravens vs. Cowboys Saturday night game, a most crucial one at that.

Their free pick:  Dallas -4 and the OVER 39.

"Tashard Choice (or Taster's Choice as I like to call him) has been a suitably effective backfield threat for the Cowboys, normalizing any loss that Dallas had when Marion Barber's toes started giving him and the Dallas betting faithful headaches," commented Tim Furious from BetUS.com.  "Despite Terrell Owens becoming chirpy yet again, Dallas is on a steam rolling rampage at the moment and needs a win over Baltimore to keep their slim playoff hopes alive. Baltimore needs the same help, but are you really going to instill your betting dollars on a team that can't put up points on the board unless their premier safety is scoring touchdowns? That's not a safe bet in the least."

BetUS was going with the public on this game.  Gambling911.com isn't so sure based on recent trends and some limited head-to-head history.  And make no mistake about it, the Dallas Cowboys have their share of distractions - more so than just about any other team in the league.

The Ravens are Ravens are 5-12 ATS in their last 17 games following a S.U. loss and 2-10 ATS in their last 12 games as a road underdog of 3.5-10.0.

The Cowboys are 1-7 ATS in their last 8 games in December, though they are 5-0 ATS in their last five games as a favorite.
