Big name contenders odds to win the 2012 Pacific Classic at Del Mar on August 26 had Game On Dude at 9/5 early while Dullahan was listed at 2/1 at Sportsbook.com, which offers 8 percent back on losses

The Pacific Classic States is a Breeders Cup Challenge race run a mile and one quarter on Polytrack.  The $1,000,000 Guaranteed race is for thoroughbreds age three and up.

Bob Baffert-trained Game On Dude has won the 2011 Santa Anita Handicap, Goodwood Stakes and Hollywood Gold Cup in addition to finishing second at last year’s Breeders Cup.  Game On Dude finished 4th at this year’s Belmont Stakes. 

Dullahan won the Blue Grass Stakes earlier this year and finished an impressive 3rd at this year’s Kentucky Derby.  He was the beaten favorite at the Belmont Stakes.
