Soon-to-be Head of Operations for Ireland’s biggest bookmaker Paddy Power, William Reeves, is currently appearing on tonight’s episode of “Undercover Boss”, airing in the UK.

The popular show places key executives or founders of companies among their own workforce undercover in an effort to investigate how the operation is being run.  They look for improvements, reward employees and reprimand others if need be.

Paddy Power Chief Executive, Patrick Kennedy, said:  “Undercover Boss presented us with a unique opportunity to find out what our most important asset, our people, really think about the organisation.  What we wanted most was the unvarnished truth, warts and all, and that’s exactly what we got.”

Monday night’s episode of “Undercover Boss” airs on Channel 4 in the UK.

A version of the popular shows airs in other countries, including the US.
