With the highly controversial Manny Pacquiao vs. Timothy Bradley fight currently under review by the WBO, many are left wondering if their Pacquiao bets will ultimately be refunded.

Bradley was declared the winner by split decision Saturday night, however, nearly everybody else seemed to feel they were watching a different fight whereby Pacquiao was the victor.  Most boxing experts tend to agree as well.

The Associated Press scored the fight 117-111 for Pacquiao.

“The public saw the fight and they’re outraged, and we need clarity here,” Promoter Bob Arum told The Associated Press on Wednesday. “We need those responsible to investigate, to see what happened, how the judges could be so off.

“Was there any funny business going on? Or no funny business? Did they have a conversation with each other?” Arum asked. “We need to get clarity. The public is demanding it.”

For its part, Irish bookmaker Paddy Power has already refunded bets on Pacquiao.  Whether other bookmakers – both online, in Vegas and walkups around the world – follow suit remains to be seen.

Immediately following the fight, Jay Kornegay, the Director of the Sports Book at the Las Vegas Hotel and Casino, tweeted: "I know it won't happen but I feel this should be the last boxing match we'll ever book."

No it won’t.
