We are down to the final 26 at the PokerStars and Monte-Carlo®Casino EPT Grand Final and it's Dutch online cash game pro Geert-Jan Potijk in the lead with 1,320,000.

Also still in with a chance of taking home the €1.5 million first prize are French PokerStars qualifier Lucille Cailly (the last woman remaining), British pro Ben Vinson, Italian Sergio Castelluccio, EPT Prague High Roller winner John Andress, EPT Deauville champion Vadzim Kursevich, Mohsin Charania, Vadzim Markushevski and Clayton Mozdzen. All 26 players left are guaranteed at least €35,000.

The Day 3 survivors also include three players vying to win the Last Longer contest being run by Skrill, the Official Payment Provider for EPT Season 8. One of them is American Pratyush Buddiga who took down the Last Longer at EPT Berlin last week when he finished eighth for €72,000. He is now in line to win back his buy-in yet again, alongside Jason Wheeler and Lebanese player Georges Dib.

A total of 665 started the EPT Grand Final Main Event creating a total prize pool of €6,650,000. As well as their cash prize, the EPT8 Grand Final champion will also receive a stunning bracelet worth some €25,000 from Shamballa Jewels, the Official Bracelet Sponsor of EPT8 Main Events.
