With nearly 95 percent of those backing the Crimson Tide -10 road spread, the Alabama vs. Penn State line wasn’t moving much on Friday.

From ESPN.com:

Both teams plan to play two quarterbacks. A year ago, Penn State never gave itself a chance with four turnovers in a 24-3 loss. The scene shifts to a packed Beaver Stadium this Saturday, which should give the Nittany Lions a huge boost. But there's still the matter of moving the ball against that Alabama defense, which held Kent State to 90 total yards in the opener.

Alabama at home last year beat Penn State by 21 points.  It will, however, be an extremely hostile environment at Penn State Saturday afternoon.

The Sagarin Ratings have Alabama and Penn State tied.  Throw in the home team advantage and the Nittany Lions can win outright.  Penn State would pay over $300 for every $100 on the money line with an outright win

Some quick stats to consider:

The Crimson Tide are 7-0 Against The Spread in their last 7 non-conference games.

The Nittany Lions are 1-6 ATS in their last 7 games as an underdog of 3.5-10.0.

The Nittany Lions are 1-9 ATS in their last 10 games in September.
