When it comes to online poker rakeback, Cake Poker seems to be the only Web card room offering this enticing incentive to US players.  Merge Poker announced it was ending rakeback on June 1.

As a result players are noticing a surge in activity across the network itself, which incorporates numerous skins.

When you play poker for real money the poker rooms take a fee which normally is from 3-5% of each pot.  Rakeback is a percentage of the rake paid back to a player for playing at a certain poker site, in this case 33 percent.

Cake Poker was averaging just under 900 average weekly “real cash” players with a 24-peak of just over 1600.

Some of the best Cake skins that utilize their own payment platform, and as such tend to offer withdrawals in a two week time frame, include Intertops Poker, PokerWorld.com and PPNPoker.eu.
