Gambling911.com has obtained the first class action lawsuit filed against Full Tilt Poker.

The company has failed to pay back players located in the United States for more than two months following an April 15 indictment issued against FTP and two of its executives charging bank fraud and money laundering in addition to other alleged crimes.

The suit was filed by Steve Segal, Nick Hammer, Robin Hougdahl and Todd Terry on behalf of themselves.

The defendants are Full Tilt Poker and its associated entities along with co-founders Raymond Bitar and Nelson Burtnick, both of whom were charged as part of the US indictment.  The suit goes on to name several poker pro representatives of the company including actress Jennifer Harman, Howard Lederer and Phil Ivey.

A jury trial has been demanded.

On June 30, attorneys representing Full Tilt Poker advised the Los Angeles Times that a group of European investors were set to purchase the troubled online poker company by the end of July.
