With former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi calling for an ethics committee investigation into Congressman Anthony Weiner, his odds of giving up his Congressional seat over the next 72 hours were set at even by Gambling911.com.
Weiner had denied sending explicit photos of his brief covered crotch via Twitter for nearly a week. On Monday, he called a press conference admitting he indeed sent the questionable photos.
Weiner has stated he will not be resigning his Congressional position.
"People who draw conclusions about me are free to do so," Weiner said. "I've worked for the people of my district for 13 years and in politics for 20 years and I hope they see fit to see this in the light that it is."
Weiner disclosed sending inappropriate photos to at least six other women.
