BetUS.com has all your latest 2011 Kentucky Derby payouts odds heading into the big race on Saturday.  Let’s break them down, keeping in mind that all these odds are subject to change.  You may wish to lock them in now here.

Both Dialed In and Uncle Mo were coming into this race as alternating favorites, which translates into greater payout potential should either horse win.  Dialed In would pay out $350 for every $100 bet or $35 for every $10 bet.  Uncle Mo would pay out $450 for every $100 bet or $45 for every $10 bet.

Gambling911.com does believe that Uncle Mo’s odds will be slashed somewhat come race time but with one important caveat:  He might not even race.

Uncle Mo's status for the Kentucky Derby will be known by Friday morning, after the colt's owner, trainer and veterinarian study his bloodwork.  He is currently being treated for a gastrointestinal infection.

“With this in mind, it might be wise to bet on Dialed In at the current +350 odds,” noted Don Shapiro of Gambling911.com.  “This will likely be the best payout potential as we will see his odds slashed in the event Uncle Mo does not race.”

How We Follow Horse Racing Has Completely Changed

Horse racing has always been a sport built on routine. Certain days meant certain tracks, the form guide landed when it landed, and if you missed a race, you simply caught up later. Following the sport required a bit of commitment, a bit of patience, and often a bit of guesswork.
