John Racener, who finished as the runnerup in the 2010 World Series of Poker (WSOP) Main Event last month in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA, has been arrested in Tampa, Florida, USA, for driving under the influence (DUI).

Television station WFTS, Channel 28 in Tampa, an ABC affiliate, reported on its website that Racener, 24, was arrested at 4:07 a.m. Saturday for DUI by Tampa police.

Racener was jailed overnight and released Sunday after posting bail, the TV station reported.

While in custody, he refused to consent to a blood-alcohol test to determine his level of drunkeness, the TV station reported.

The arrest is Racener's third DUI arrest since 2005, the TV station reported.

Racener, a Tampa resident, came in second in the 2010 WSOP Main Event at the Rio casino to Jonathan Duhamel of Montreal, Quebec, Canada, but still collected a cool $5.5 million.

Last week, Racener finished fourth in the Doyle Brunson Five Diamonds Poker Classic at the Bellagio casino in Las Vegas, earning $232,000.
