Following two impressive wins after a series debut loss, Gambling911.com takes a look at the New York Jets odds to win both the AFC East and the 2011 Super Bowl.  These odds were still available at BetUS.com, but expect them to be slashed further should New York beat Buffalo on Sunday.  As such, we suggest locking these odds in now while the value is still there.

The Jets are technically the favorites to win the AFC East at +130 odds, for a payout potential of $130 on every $100 bet or $13 on every $10 bet.  For the record, the New England Patriots would pay out $150 and the Dolphins would pay $225.  For anyone who thinks Buffalo could suddenly surge, the payout on the Bills winning the 2010 AFC East was set at +20000.  A $100 bet pays $20,000!

Last week, Trent Edwards was unceremoniously released as the Bills quarterback following Ryan Fitzpatrick completing 20 of 28 passes for 247 yards last Sunday against New England.  In other words, there is still plenty of time for Buffalo to get its act together with a new quarterback at the helm.  This is, after all, an extremely competitive division.

The New York Jets odds to win the 2011 Super Bowl also had great value this week as well at +1200 or 12/1.  That’s two points better than the New England Patriots at 14/1 odds.
