Biermann reportedly owes the Baha Mar Casino in the Bahamas $52K in unpaid gambling debts.

The casino filed suit and the complaint has since been obtained by TMZ

According to the suit, Kroy obtained a $100,000 line of credit for use at Baha Mar Casino in advance of a November 2021 trip, and he ended up using $52,500 to gamble.  The company in charge of handling Baha Mar Casino's credit line allege the reality TV star and NFL player drew $52,500 in chip markers at the casino and didn't repay the amount before leaving.

He's being sued for apparently missing lease payments on a Rolls-Royce.

Kim is also being sued for allegedly failing to pay the debt on her Target store credit card.

Together the two allegedly owe tons of money to the IRS to the tune of $1 million.

On July 12, 2023 Page Six reported on newly surfaced bodycam footage of Biermann claiming his soon-to-be ex spent $700,000 betting in the last two and a half years.

“The total in the marriage was about $1.5 million dollars. She does it online illegally,” the 37-year-old claimed.

“It’s probably been going on for pretty much our entire marriage and it’s gotten significantly worse,” Biermann continued.

He went on to allege that Zolciak “decimated” their savings.

Though the divorce appears to be ugly on the surface, Biermann admits the two are still sleeping in the same bed.  They just do not “engage” with each other.
