In what can't be a good sign for 2025, a Tesla Cybertruck blew up this morning in front of the Trump International Hotel in Las Vegas.

Ayackle posted the shock video to Twitter while loading luggage by the door.

Update: This is now being investigated as a possible terrorist attack.

“The whole Tesla senior team is investigating this matter right now,” Tesla CEO Elon Musk wrote on X. “Will post more information as soon as we learn anything. We’ve never seen anything like this.”

One of the more popular companies when it comes to financial betting markets, it's not immediately clear how this incident will impact Tesla's stock price.

The company is owned by Musk, who just happens to be overseeing a new advisory team for the incoming Donald Trump administration that is charged with cutting regulations, spending, and headcounts within the federal government.

"The taxpayers deserve better," House Speaker Mike Johnson said on Thursday ahead of a meeting with Musk and Ramaswamy. "They deserve a more responsive government, a more efficient government."
