Where Can I Find Betting on Whether American Pharoah Wins Triple Crown?

Sportsbook.ag was offering odds on whether American Pharoah will become the first horse to win the Triple Crown in over 35 years at close to 3-1 odds.

The odds of a Triple Crown winner were closer to 8-1 coming into the Kentucky Derby and the number always gets shorter once we enter the Preakness Stakes.

Of course, there is one last hurdle to get over before a Triple Crown victory can be achieved.  That is a Belmont Stakes win three weeks from now.

There has not been a Triple Crown winner since 1978 when Affirmed took that honor.  It’s interesting to note that the 1970’s offered up three Triple Crown winners including Secretariat and Seattle Slew.

Last year, California Chrome came close but was beaten in the Belmont Stakes by a horse that hadn’t run either the Kentucky Derby or Preakness Stakes, leading many to question whether it is fair for “fresh” horses to compete in the Belmont without having run either of the two previous legs.

Below are your odds to win the 2015 Preakness Stakes available at Sportsbook.ag.

How We Follow Horse Racing Has Completely Changed

Horse racing has always been a sport built on routine. Certain days meant certain tracks, the form guide landed when it landed, and if you missed a race, you simply caught up later. Following the sport required a bit of commitment, a bit of patience, and often a bit of guesswork.
