Ron The Greek won the Santa Anita Handicap back in March.  This does provide him with a slight edge being that this year’s Breeders Cup is being held at Santa Anita.  His last performance, however, was a 6^th place finish at the Jockey Club Gold.  That said, 8 of his previous races were all 1^st and 2^nd place finishes, making Ron The Greek a top value coming into Saturday’s race.

To Honor And Serve has slightly longer odds at 12/1.  He won the early September Woodward Stakes, a G1 race.  Later in the month, To Honor And Serve finished 4^th at a G2 race, the Kelso Handicap.  He has been well rested since that time.  His other four races this year resulted in top 4 finishes with two wins.
