Blind Luck Kentucky Oaks Payout

Blind Luck has pretty decent Kentucky Oaks payout odds all things considered.  One of the best payouts we could find here at Gambling911.com was at SBG Global, $12.50 for every $10.00 bet compared to more even pricing at other online bookmakers.

While not the runaway favorite that Rachel Alexandra was last year, Blind Luck is still favored by a heavy margin.

Trainer Jerry Hollendorfer has enjoyed much success in the other major stakes events during Derby week at Churchill Downs while two of his horses have finished no better than 5th place in the Kentucky Derby.

Hollendorfer previously won the Oaks with Lite Light in 1991 and Pike Place Dancer in 1996.  He's looking for a three-peat with Blind Luck.

"I'm confident that I've got a great horse," Hollendorfer said. "I'm confident that she is one of the very best 3-year-old fillies in the country. Luck plays a lot with a full field, but that she should get a good setup on the pace."

Blind Luck has won six of nine starts including three Grade 1 events, and her 13 opponents in the Oaks have produced just two Grade 1 victories.

Malaysian Horse Racing: A History of the Sport

The history of horse racing in Malaysia is largely influenced by Australian racing. The country's interest in racing was first evident in the 1880s, when organizers began setting up large race meetings twice a year. In 1896, the Straits Racing Association and Penang Turf Club were established. As a result, horse racing in Malaysia has a rich history.
