Players throughout the day were reporting difficulty accessing the FanDuel app and "access denied" messages.

More specifically the message read as follows:

"Please verify you are human.  Access to this page has been denied because we believe you are using automation tools to browse the internet."

The app advises to make sure that all javascript is enabled and that ad blockers are shut off.

Many people appear to have been experiencing this issue it seems.

"Fanduel is all screwed up. It won’t connect to my Pikkit either"

"We’ve seen it a lot today in our discord."

Another tweeted: "I’ve been getting this all day today and yesterday. Emailed them and said I’m moving to a new app, they reset my password and it’s still happening."

Handicapper Robert Jones is on Fire

Jones did have a rare loss with the St. Louis Cardinals Tuesday night but also a win with the Seattle Mariners.  This has resulted in an 11-1 run over his last 12 picks.

By Tuesday afternoon, FanDuel notifed users they were aware of the issue and looking into it.

"Hi! Our team is aware of this issue and looking into it. In the meantime, please go through standard device troubleshooting (delete/reinstall the app, reboot, clear cache/cookies). If you continue to have trouble, feel free to DM us with the email on your account!"

The issue persisted past the 10 pm ET hour but appears to be regional.

"Our team is aware of the current technical difficulties some of our Pennsylvania users are facing on our Sportsbook and Casino platforms. We are working toward a swift resolution and apologize for any inconvenience."
