Said to be one of the richest days in British horseracing, Ascot Champions Day hits Ascot on Saturday the 21st October, this year. Now, in its seventh year it’s widely recognised as the finale of the European Flat racing season.

This race has it all, the hats, glamour and some of the best flat racing horses on the planet will be in attendance. All will run out hoping to grab a slice of British horse racing history.

For a full round-up of the day’s events and a list of betting tips, for each race, check out the daily horse racing tips from The Winners Enclosure. You’ll also find a full rundown of the days event, from what you should be wearing, from the glamorous hat to the tailored jacket along with details of car parking and suitable attire for each enclosure.

The declarations (decs), will be released 48 hours before the event starts. Expect some of the best Flat Horse racers from across the land to be joining this year. You’ll find the best tips from The Winners Enclosure website, where tipsters thoroughly analyse form and upcoming conditions, to ensure you go in with some solid tips.

It’s certainly a day out to remember this year, not only a great field for horse racing but George Ezra will be taking centre stage to keep the party going. The talented musician will be performing once the last race ends. So, not only are you in for a treat throughout the day you can also expect an all-star show to round things off.

The live show, following the day of top-notch horse racing, is nothing less than what you’d expect from one of the world’s most renowned horse racing meets.  You’ll find some of the quirkiest of outfits on show at this year’s event, as the glamorous and prestigious rub shoulders with one another. There’s also the Royal connection that helps draw in some of the noblest of horse racing fans from all corners of the globe.  It’s been noted, in the past, that some visitors have arrived by helicopter, whilst some fly in from afar, just to spend the day at these races.

If you want to be part of it then get in touch and reserve your ticket, if you want to sit in with Royalty then I’m afraid you’ll need a special invite. This will come from The Royal House itself, we can’t really help you out with this, but good luck.  Tickets are selling now, so check in and get yours reserved as some enclosures are already sold out.

A Message From Calvin Ayre

In 2009, despite having relinquished any active role in the online gambling industry years earlier, I launched CalvinAyre.com due to my dissatisfaction with the news sites that then dominated discussion of the gaming sector. I found their coverage too deferential to the established giants of the day and too oblivious of the changes I saw looming on the horizon.
