Prop DD Fails in Colorado Where it Matters

As of Wednesday morning, it appeared as is Prop DD was on its way to passing in Colorado. Voters narrowly would approve a ballot measuring allowing the state to move forward with legalizing sports gambling in the state. This one was moving back and forth all night but, with nearly 20% of the count still left, the YES was winning by around 13,000.
