The controversy surrounding online poker room, CardSpike, continues with Poker Affiliation Programs (PAP) organizers ensuring that affiliate partners will be paid by the troubled site following complaints that many have been waiting for months to receive payments.

CardSpike.com received a "seal of approval" by the PAP, which has since been revoked.

"We are working behind the scenes with CardSpike trying to get the payments issued as fast as possible," a PAP spokesperson stated.

Lou F*******, who oversees the PAP, attempted to explain the situation involving the slow payments.

"CardSpike always said there were data transfer issues and that the stats being displayed were not accurate. That's what was holding up affiliate payments."

Furthermore, Cake Poker, the network that hosts CardSpike, informed its affiliates they would be fully paid as well.  Cake does not have an ownership interest in CardSpike.

Fabiano also informed the PAP members that they would be revoking CardSpike's seal of approval due to the mounting complaints.

This week, Gambling Portal Webmasters Association President, Michael Corfman, issued a damning statement alleging that some of the PAP organizers had ownership stakes in CardSpike.

"I was actually told many months ago that the principals at CAP were the beneficial owners of Cardspike," Corfman admitted on his forum.

Responding to the allegations, F******* told Online Casino Reports he has no involvement in the troubled card room.

"Cardspike is not controlled or managed by CAP, PAP, Affiliate Media, Warren ***** (organizer) or Lou "The Professor" ********.

"CAP, PAP, Affiliate Media, Warren, Lou and all other personnel of CAP have absolutely no ownership interest, no profits interest and no beneficial interest whatsoever in Cardspike.

"Any statements or malicious rumors to the contrary are untrue and unfair."
