We're all still keeping tabs on LeBron's decision, but some lesser-known drama has unfolded in the Association over the past 24 hours.
Jacob Tobey, who has been the San Antonio Spurs' TV play-by-play announcer for the past two seasons, has reportedly been relieved of his duties after he was accused of cheating on his girlfriend.
Ok, we're not going to get too political here, but even if true…since when did cheating on your girlfriend become a fireable offense? He's not married or engaged, and neither is the alleged woman he cheated with.
And while that alleged woman is the sister of a former Spurs player (Lindy Waters III), she is not Tobey's coworker or anything of the sort.
But we digress. The Spurs' PxP job should be a desirable one given that San Antonio has such a bright future and is currently the favorite to win the 2027 NBA Finals, and now there are odds for who will fill Tobey's shoes.
