Motion to Dismiss in Kentucky Online Gambling Domain Seizure Case

The Internet Gaming and Media Association has released its Motion to Dismiss to the media on Friday responding to Kentucky's attempt at seizing various online gambling domain names.

Among the arguments being made by, subject matter jurisdiction cannot be established because the subject domain names are not the property of the commonwealth of Kentucky.
