Sports Interaction's Frank Doyle has been doing just splendid with his free NFL picks.   He's an impressive 9-3 so far this season.  Perhaps his top free Week 5 NFL prediction is on the Indianapolis Colts vs. Tennessee Titans game that plays out Sunday evening.

"It's hard to understand why the Colts aren't getting more love. Different teams have been named at the top of different power rankings as the games have gone on - Baltimore, New Orleans, Minnesota - but nobody seems to break out in a cold sweat thinking about having to play the Colts.

"It's time they started. The Colts are 4-0, show no letdown from Tony Dungy's retirement and have their offense run by a future Hall of Fame quarterback who may be the best there's ever been. The Colts don't get the love because they should have more than one Super Bowl to show for the level of talent they've enjoyed since Manning was drafted eleven years ago. The Colts tend to let themselves down in the playoffs, and that means that bettors never fully trust them. But in the regular season Indianapolis is a consistent winner and will have far too much for Tennessee on Sunday night.

"Tennessee is hurting in all kinds of ways at the moment but the biggest worry the Colts have is in the secondary. If there is one man put on this earth to victimize defense backs it's Peyton Manning. Indianapolis -4.5 with Sports Interaction is one of my NFL Week 5 picks."

The Indianapolis Colts vs. Tennessee Titans odds were listed at -4 ½ at Sports Interaction.com.

The Colts shut out the Titans at home last time they played one another in December, though it can be argued that Tennessee really didn't need that game and was more interested in resting players. Over the last five games, the Titans have gone 3-2. Indianapolis had won the previous 5 in this series, 4 of those being blowouts. Not counting the last game played between these two teams, the 5 previous have all been either won by Tennessee or lost by under a field goal.

Here are some important Indianapolis Colts vs. Tennessee Titans odds betting trends:

The Colts are 5-1 ATS in their last 6 games following a S.U. win.

They are 5-1-1 ATS in their last 7 road games.

The Colts are 5-12 ATS in their last 17 vs. AFC South.

The Colts are 1-6 ATS in their last 7 games following a SU win of more than 14 points.

The Titans are 8-0 ATS in their last 8 games as an underdog of 3.5-10.0.

The Titans are 7-1 ATS in their last 8 games as a home underdog.

The Titans are 7-3 ATS in their last 10 games following an ATS loss.

Again, Frank Doyle's Free Week 5 NFL Prediction on the Colts vs. Titans is that the Colts win by 4 ½ points.
