Dallas Cowboys Twitter Page Dak Attack: Latest Odds

The official Dallas Cowboy Twitter page didn't hold back in letting starting quarterback Dak Prescott have it.

That tweet provides a pretty good glimpse of what may be transpiring behind the scenes in the Cowboys organization.  On Monday, SportsBetting.ag released odds on whether the Cowboys will be keeping their head coach Mike McCarthy following that team's loss to San Francisco.

No odds on Prescott yet, despite his interceptions.

ESPN's Stephen A. Smith provides some insight into why the Cowboys Twitter page might have been so hard on Dak.

“Not only did he lose, he stunk up the joint while doing it. Not only did he stink up the joint while doing it, it was against a dude whose name is Mr. Irrelevant, the very, very last pick in an NFL Draft who happens to be a third-string rookie. That is who Dak Prescott lost to.

“The fact of the matter is Dak Prescott is primarily responsible for losing that game yesterday, Dak Prescott got outplayed by a third-string rookie. I don’t care that [49ers QB Brock Purdy] is 7-0 as a starter, I don’t care that he filled in admirably and he’s played so well and LeBron James tweeting that Brock Purdy’s got game. LeBron wasn’t lying, he’s right. Brock Purdy does have game.”

There is much speculation that the infamous tweet came from Cowboys owner Jerry Jones himself....or at the very least he allowed it.

Jordie of Barstool Sports echoed the sentiment of quite a few in regard to Prescott, including the Morning Joe crew Tuesday morning.

"Dak Prescott wants Brett Maher stapled to the bench just because he missed a few kicks? Not my quarterback. Could never be my quarterback."
