Baltimore Ravens Bookie Spotlight 2017 Week 3

The Baltimore Ravens looked like the team to meet heading into this Sunday’s London game against Jacksonville.  The Jaguars were expected to challenge Baltimore, a team they have effectively alternated wins and losses against in modern times.  Well, that "challenge" was an understatement.

In the first two weeks, that Ravens defense had become a force in the National Football League, in fact they had the number one defense entering this week.

From Fansided.com:

The Ravens defense is accomplishing some pretty incredible feats though. The Ravens lead the league with eight interceptions. That’s twice as many as the team with the second most picks. Baltimore is fifth in the NFL in sacks. The Ravens defense has forced three fumbles and recovered two of them. The Ravens defense doesn’t lead in points allowed (but they are close behind the Panthers). The Ravens defense doesn’t lead the league in yards either. What the Ravens do, and they do it better than any team in football, is create big plays on defense.

The Ravens were winners in both Weeks 1 and 2, covering the spread in both of those games.  They still had long 28/1 odds of winning Super Bowl 52.

But the Jacksonville Jaguars provided ample reason to believe they could be a force this season after demolishing Baltimore 44-7 in London.

NFL Betting – Chicago Bears at Green Bay Packers

The Green Bay Packers are trying to make the NFC North a close race by splitting their last six games, but nobody wants to step up and challenge them. Their closest pursuer the Chicago Bears have fallen off a cliff losing four straight games. The Bears can tighten things up with a win, though, when the division rivals meet on Sunday Night Football.
