*1 (1) – Alabama Crimson Tide – Odds were slashed a half point to 2/1 or +200 at SBG Global.  The Crimson Tide face their toughest stretch over the course of these next two weeks following a close call against Arkansas this past weekend.  Should they get through without a loss expect Alabama to see even odds of winning the 2011 BCS Championship in two weeks.  Alabama is an 8 point favorite at home against Florida Saturday night in what promises to be one of the most anticipated College Football games of the year.

*2 (2) – Ohio State – Still at 3/1 or +300 odds.  They were number 2 on the AP 2010 Week 5 College Football Rankings as well.

*3 (3) – Boise State – No change here either as the Broncos would pay out $750 on a $100 bet should they win the 2011 BCS Championship game.

*4 (8) – Oklahoma – Moves up four notches on Gambling911.com’s College Football Rankings for Week 5.  The payout would be $800 for every $100 bet if the Sooners were to win the BCS Championship.  Most polls have Oklahoma ranked number 8.

*5 (4) – TCU – Pays 9/1 odds on a BCS title.  The AP and USA Today both have TCU ranked at number 5 as well.

*6 (6) – Nebraska – Pays $1050 for every $100 bet.  Nebraska is ranked number 6 at most places this week.

*7 (10) Florida – Also pays $1050.

*8 (5) Oregon – Ranked number 4 by the AP, Oregon probably has the best value at 14/1 or +1400 odds to win the 2011 BCS Championship, paying $1400 for every $100 bet.

*9 (NEW) – Stafford  - Falls under the “field” category at SBG Global, which includes any team not specifically assigned odds.  The payout is $1500 for every $100 bet.  Stafford comes in at number 9 on the AP 2010 Week 5 College Football Rankings as well.

*10 (NEW) – Auburn  - comes would pay out 19/1 odds.  They are ranked number 10 at most places except the USA Today poll where they are number 11.

Virginia Tech – Interestingly enough Virginia Tech is not ranked anywhere else, however, they still have the 10th shortest odds of winning the 2011 BCS Championship at +1750 and this is despite having a 2-2 record.  Gambling911.com is not including them among its own Top 10 Week 5 College Football rankings due to this aspect.

LSU ranks well in the USA Today poll but pays long odds to win the 2011 BCS at 30/1 or $3000 on a $100 bet.
