Odds to win the Best Supporting Actor for the 2014 Oscars had Jared Leto as a -1400 favorite for his role in “Dallas Buyers Club” and the Field paying 8/1 odds at Bookmaker.

In order to win $10, one would have to bet $140, which would be refunded assuming Leto does win.

Sure it’s easy money but the risk is just way too high.

Some of the more competitive odds can be found with Best Actress in a Supporting Role, Best Foreign Language Film, Best Writing Original Screenplay and even Best Film with “12 Years a Slave” only requiring a $50 bet to win $10.
