PayPerHead.com spokesperson Vincent Curatola, better known as the chain smoking mob kingpin Johnny Sack, will be starring in an upcoming poker-themed film with Brad Pitt called “Cogan’s Trade”.   Curatola’s co-star in “The Sopranos”, James Gandolfini, will also be appearing in the film.

“Cogan’s Trade” is about a professional enforcer named Jackie Cogan, who investigates a heist that transpired during a mob-protected poker game.

The film is based on the 1974 novel of the same name by George V. Higgins.  Filming has been underway since March and “Cogan’s Trade” is scheduled to be released in early 2012.

New Zealand-born Australian Andrew Dominik is the film’s director and screen writer.

Curatola joined PayPerHead.com as spokesperson for the data call center sports betting operation based in Panama City, Panama.  PPH also features an online poker client.  Curatola is billed as “Johnny Sack” in promotional material for the company.
