While not quite the "lock" that Gary Oldman is for Best Actor in "Darkest Hour", Frances McDormand is still priced high at -1400 for "Three Billboards"

McDormand requires a $140 bet to win $10 (you will get that $140 bet back assuming he is a winner, which he will be).

If you are looking to make a quick $10 bucks.  This is the way to do it.  Of course, if you are desperate for $10, you probably wouldn't have $200 laying around either.

She will still get some action.  High rollers will use the Oscars to make an easy profit of $100 or more by risking $1000 or more on various "locks" like Oldman and and McDormand.

Most online gambling websites do impost maximums, typically $500, on Oscar wagers.
