“You’ve got to handle success and come back every single week in this league,” Alabama coach Kalen DeBoer said. “We didn’t handle success last year well. You can’t argue that. ... Our success that we had (against Georgia), none of it matters. None of it carries over. Every game is its own game.”
Added Bama tight end Josh Cuevas: “We're not too worried about last season. Last season's last season. Just moving forward, taking the next step, this new year, just kind of keeping within the team and doing what we're doing and playing our game.”
Jam Miller is favored to have a touchdown in this game at -150.
Miller had 16 carries for 46 yards and three catches for 19 yards in Saturday's 24-21 win over Georgia.
From RotoWire:
Miller missed the first four games of the season after dislocating his collar bone. It took a few quarters for the senior running back to get back in the swing of things as he posted just 2.9 yards per carry. The inside running game struggled for most of the game for the Crimson Tide, however Miller looked great catching passes out of the backfield and powered home several tough runs at late in the fourth quarter to seal the game.
Germie Bernard comes into this game priced at -125 to score a touchdown.
Bernard logged five receptions (on nine targets) for 35 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 24-21 win versus Georgia.
Ryan Williams reeled in 5 of 8 targets for 43 yards during Saturday's 24-21 victory over Georgia. and is priced at -110 to score a touchdown in this game.
Vanderbilt's Sedrick Alexander pays $110 for every $100 bet to score a touchdown. He'll pay out $950 to score the first.
Alexander notched eight rushes for 33 yards and hauled in their only target for five yards during Saturday's 55-35 victory over Utah State.
