In the first installment of our Pay Per Head software tutorials, we will go into how to manage your players/bettors with the PricePerPlayer.com sport betting software.

The first step will be on how to create a betting account for your players and from there you will learn how to use the software to manage access, delete wagers, set limits and much more!

Step 1. Log into your PricePerPlayer.com Account.

Step 2.  Click on the top menu item called, “Edit Accounts” and from the drop down menu, click on “Create New Player”.

Step 3. Just fill in your player’s basic information which consists of:

Create a Betting Account for your playersUsername: the name that the player will use to log into his account

Phone Password: This is the password that the player will use when he makes a wager over the telephone.

Web Password: This is the password that the player will use when he makes a wager over the internet.

Credit Limit: This is where you set the maximum credit a player can wager and play with

Max Wager: This is where you set the maximum amount of money that a player can wager for an individual bet.

Wager: This is where you set the minimum amount of money a player can make for an individual bet.

Once you are done, click on the “Create New Player” button.

After the player has been created, you can then change the gambling setting for the player by clicking on “Edit Accounts” and then clicking on the “Player Management” link.

From there, just click on the “edit” button that corresponds to the player you want to manage.

Now that you have created your sports bettors and gamblers, it’s time to learn how to manage them. To access that section, click on the top menu item called, “Edit Accounts” and from the drop down menu, click on “Player Management”. On the next screen click on the “Edit” button that corresponds to the player you want to manage the game access to.

Once you are in the “Edit” section of a player you can start managing them.

How to Set Player Limits

Setting player limits can in several cases determine whether you will profit from a player or not. Our Sportsbook Pay Per head Software allows you to set player credit and wagering limits. Setting such limits are important and are a part of a sportsbook’s damage control’s operations.

Credit Limit: This is where you set the maximum credit a player can wager and play with.

Max Wager: This is where you set the maximum amount of money that a player can wager for an individual bet.

Min Wager: This is where you set the minimum amount of money a player can make for an individual bet.

How to Manage Player Access for different Types of Games

If you want to allow one of your bettors to only have access to certain types of games simply, click on the top menu item called, “Edit Accounts” and from the drop down menu, click on “Player Management”.  On the next screen click on the “Edit” button that corresponds to the player you want to manage the game access to.

How to Manage Player Access for different Types of GamesScroll down to the section called “Access Information” and “Enable” or “Disable” the type of games you want for that player.  In this section, you will be able to manage access to the following games:

Sports – Enable or disable access to sports betting

Online – Enable or disable access to online wagering

Casino – Enable or disable access to the digital casino

Horse – Enable or disable access to horse wagering

Parlay Cards – Enable or disable access to Parlay Cards

In that section, you are also able to disable a player by changing the “Player Status” to “Disable”.

When you are done, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the”Save Changes” button.

Manage Live Dealer Casino Access

Managing access to the Live Casino is a bit different as it is controlled by clicking on “Edit Accounts” and then clicking on “Enable Casino” from the drop down menu.

From there simply enter the username of the player you want to give access to the live casino.

How to Delete a WagerHow to Delete a Pending Wager

The PricePerPlayer.com pay per head software allows you to delete wagers as long as the game has not gone off the board. These are referred to as pending wagers.

This is a useful tool in case one of your player contacts you and said he made a mistake and need to redo or change his wager.

The first step is to find the wager ticket number.  To do that simply click on the “Wagers” located on the top menu and then click on “Pending Wagers”.

The next screen will then show all of the wagers that are currently pending.

Delete a WagerTo help you look for a specific pending wager, you can filter the pending wagers by Type, Sports or Player.

Once you have found the “Ticket #” of the wager you want to delete, click on “Edit Accounts” and then click on “Delete Wagers”.  A screen will then appear and you just need to add the ticket # and click on the “Delete” button.
